Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Rosemary purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In the same condition you received it

• With all original tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

All returns are processed in Amman, Jordan. The full return address and shipping instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.

Returns sent without contacting us and receiving approval first will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at wearrosemary2026@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used

• Items without their original tags or packaging

• Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or deodorant

• Customized or personalized products

• Sale or final-sale items

• Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or item, the fastest option is to return your original item.

Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Availability of replacement sizes or products cannot be guaranteed.

European Union Orders

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned products must still be unworn, unused, with their original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This does not affect any additional rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
